They are commonly enjoyed as a street food or as a snack at home, and variations of the recipe can include additional ingredients such as eggs, bananas, or grated coconut for added flavor and texture.

WHY MAKE NIGERIAN BUNS MIX?

Making buns mix is a convenient way to have the dry ingredients for buns pre-mixed and ready to use. This can save time and effort when preparing buns, as you only need to add the wet ingredients such as eggs, milk, and butter to the premixed dry ingredients.

It can also be convenient for storage, as you can prepare the mix in larger quantities and use it as needed.

Additionally, having a premade buns mix can be handy for situations where you want to bake buns but are short on time, as it reduces the preparation and measuring steps.
