PERFECT PUFF-PUFF MIX RECIPE

- Airtight Container Clean and Dry
- Hand whisk Alternatively use your hands to mix
- Standard Measuring Cup

Ingredients
- 1 kg all-purpose Flour 8 cups
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1½ cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp powdered Milk
- 1 tbsp Nutmeg or cinnamon (grounded )
- ¼ cup Yeast instant dry yeast
Instructions
- Get an airtight container, clean and dry it well and set aside.
- Measure out all item EXCEPT Yeast s. Sieve flour once and set aside.1 kg all-purpose Flour, 1 tbsp Salt, 1½ cup Sugar, 1 tbsp powdered Milk, 1 tbsp Nutmeg
- In your airtight container, add your flour, sugar, powdered milk,grounded nutmeg, and salt. Mix all well to combine.
- Next measure out your Yeast, pour into your flour mixture and stir it well to combine.¼ cup Yeast
- Immediately cover your airtight container. At this point you can shake your container vigorously to ensure all ingredients are properly mixed. And your puff-puff mix is ready!
